Your project gets its own Howard email address. Copy it into threads with your architect and builder, forward old ones, and share the WhatsApp chat.

Quotes, invoices, variations, decisions, drawing revisions and site photos. Each thing he finds links back to the exact message it came from.

Nothing reaches your plan until you’ve approved it. If Howard isn’t sure, he asks rather than guesses.
